We offer 3 Marathon & Ultra Running coaching options.

Level 1: Remote Coaching £100 pcm

  • Detailed athlete questionnaire
  • Assessment of prior training
  • Assessment of current fitness
  • Working with the Athlete to set performance, fitness & event goals
  • Daily training sessions uploaded a week in advance
  • Free Training Peaks account
  • Daily Workout email generated from Training Peaks plan
  • Weekly feedback of training sessions through Training Peaks
  • A monthly review of training using email or by phone call

Level 2: £165 pcm

  • Detailed athlete questionnaire
  • Assessment of prior training
  • Assessment of current fitness
  • Working with the Athlete to set performance, fitness & event goals
  • Daily training sessions uploaded a week in advance
  • Free Training Peaks account
  • Daily workout email generated from Training Peaks plan
  • Weekly feedback of training sessions through Training Peaks
  • One hour induction meeting with coach (in person or by phone depending on location)
  • A Twice monthly review of training using email or by phone call
  • Guide to core & strength work to support training
  • Discount on 1-1 coaching session

Level 3: £225 pcm

  • Detailed athlete questionnaire
  • Assessment of prior training
  • Assessment of current fitness
  • Working with the Athlete to set performance, fitness & event goals
  • Daily training sessions uploaded a week in advance
  • Free Training Peaks account
  • Daily workout email generated from Training Peaks plan
  • One hour induction meeting with coach ( in person or by phone depending on location)
  • Weekly feedback of training sessions through Training Peaks
  • A weekly review of training using email or by phone call
  • Guide to core & strength work to support training
  • Discount on 1-1 coaching sessions
  • Unlimited email contact with coach
  • Creating an annual training plan to peak for key events
